Start a project ↗

From the first site survey to final acceptance, you bring image quality, installation conditions, control systems, budget and schedule into one plan. Your customer remembers whether the project worked—and whether you were there when help was needed.

TuringLED wants to help you approach each project with confidence: understand the cost before quoting, reduce trial and error on site, agree how the result will be accepted, and establish a clear path for maintenance.

Resolve the details before your team arrives on site.

Product selection, structural drawings, power and signal planning are the starting point. Service access, system compatibility, site conditions and acceptance requirements also need to be checked before an order is placed. Clear constraints help you commit to a solution you can deliver.

Make every hour on site count.

Your installers need clear cabinet identification, connection labels, assembly guidance and the correct configuration files. We believe testing and handover documents should be agreed before shipment, with issues that can be resolved at the factory addressed before they reach your installation team.

Protect the margin behind your quotation.

A missing accessory, an unexpected cable change or avoidable rework can consume project margin. Products, accessories, spare parts and support responsibilities should be clearly scoped. When the design changes, the effect on cost and schedule needs to be understood promptly. You should know what your team is taking on and where factory support begins.

Keep support traceable after acceptance.

Years later, a customer may need a replacement module, a restored configuration or an extension to the display. Traceable hardware and configuration versions, agreed spare-parts arrangements and a clear fault-handling process help you continue serving that customer. Contacts, documentation and responsibilities should be established at the start.

Respect the customer relationships you build.

Your design work, coordination and technical expertise deserve respect. Project information should support delivery. Where project protection is needed, its scope, duration and communication arrangements should be agreed in advance.

Tell us about the site, the intended result and the delivery target. Let’s resolve the uncertainties early and prepare for your next successful installation.

Product compatibility, support scope and service arrangements are confirmed for each model and project.
