Hot Problem for Image

Heat is a problem for all products including LED screen. Not only heat effects the image but also the stability.

Power box part is higher temperature as the power box inside it. The difference temperature makes the color of Power supply box part darker or blue specially when we see it in full white.
Module masks becomes uneven specially the higher mask louver design masks, from side view certain viewing angle, image becomes dark and white.
ICs inside modules can lose function then parts controlled by it will be failure.
